Discus and support Voice Messaging in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; While I am not complaining about the feature removed on the Xbox One, has there ever been a official reason why there is no option?     Voice Messaging


    While I am not complaining about the feature removed on the Xbox One, has there ever been a official reason why there is no option? I can understand not being able to message 360 players, but not sure why you can't be allowed to the Xbox One users.

    Hopefully Microsoft will make a official chatpad like on the 360, because messaging on the One is currently a pain to me sometimes.

    Voice Messaging is a No Brainer.

    Why would you pay money for "Skype" if you could use voice messaging and video messaging?

    What happened to the dashboard? What went wrong? Why everything is so DAMM HARD in Xbox One?

    Skype now? No. Did you not own an xbox 360? Voice messaging is a key feature. Skype can't replace the function of voice messaging.

    I'm glad there is no voice message option. Every single voice message I have ever received sounded like, "HGygfdfgio eshiugh kwjuguifweg". I never got a single voice message where I understood a single word of what they said.

    Wait, the Xbox One doesn't have voice messaging? I don't get why they'd toss it. It's a lot faster to record a voice message than type a message. Doesn't make sense to me.

    I've searched for this feature too, it is not available right now on the X1!!!

    Not yet but it's one of the most requested features. Hopefully it will be available in a future update soon.

    I feel sorry for you. Generally I have a good experience with voice messaging. But if someone is being annoying with it and were not kidding around, its hit that Block Communications button. That's just stupid.

    It is a love and hate with voice messages, It was funny to receive rage messages when you compleatly owned someone back in the Halo 3 days BUT really annoying when you get a message from a friend who really has a monotone voice and makes you fall asleep.

    I myself wouldn't be too fussed. I barely send messages on Xbox since everyone on my friends list I have their number so just text them via phone since for me it is much quicker and easier.

    Voice messaging isnt lame. Only a fraction of those who play on console hang out onthis forum so microsot/yous may not know how popular this xbox feature is.
