Voice communications problem

The enforcement team banned me for 2 weeks and it has been days since the unban and it says i have no current suspensions yet now no one can hear me talk in game and it shows me talking, i sign in to a whole new account same headset same everything boom
people hear me.... Enforcement team has ruined my main account and there seems to be no way of fixing it i have unplugged everything i have checked for updates i have reset my modem i have done EVERYTHING! I really would not like to start all over again seeing
as this is enforcement team's fault seeing as many others have had the same problem after getting unbanned :L

Text & Voice Communication Banned Problem

When is Xbox LIVE going to fix their Reporting system on Text and voice communication privilege. I am getting my account abuse and over regular Texting and Xbox is not doing anything to fix it. There are a lot of Random and Innocent Players getting their
account text & voice communication privilege Ban due to Players getting Harassed and Hated on just because a player say like in Call of Duty or Battlefield 4 doesn't like what they see from your text.

We all want to know when is this going to be fixed Because the Playstation Online doesn't have that issue with the Text and voice communication Ban

Please Fix that Problem

As long as you are not sending anything that is in violation of the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then you dont have to worry about be suspended.

The exact same thing happened to me. I was supposed to be unbanned at 12:41am and it is now 8:08pm and I still can't talk to anyone. I can hear my friends but no one can hear me. This is absolutely ridiculous, I was barely told why I was banned in the first
place. (Other than I used profanity and abusive language towards another player) funny, because I only play with my friends that I've been gaming with for almost 10 years! No one at Xbox support could give me an answer.(and I talked to 4 different people)
I called Xbox support last night to make sure I would be getting unbanned at 12:41. I was reassured that I would and that the ban is on a timer. Strange.. Still can't communicate with anyone. I've been an Xbox live gold member for almost 10 years, am I not
paying my membership to get the benefits that come with it? One of them being able to communicate with my friends! This is outrageous. Are we getting any compensation for your mistakes? Because right now I have a gold membership with no communication and yet
I'm paying for that? And the worst part is that you guys know this is a common problem! And yet you're still banning people while this problem is still active! Don't you think it would've been a better idea to maybe fix the problem first?! Then ban whoever
needs to be banned. Instead you have a group of long time customers unsatisfied. After my membership runs out, I'll be switching over to PS4. Maybe they care more about they're buyers.
