Voice communication ban

I got a two week ban from communication and i did nothing i was in a gtav lobby the kid had a $9,000 bounty so i toke then he joined my party and started talking crap and saying
[Mod Removed - Do not bypass the word filter. See
Forum Guidelines.] and your a [Mod Removed] and said i eat
[Mod Removed] now i did not report him because he was just a kid but i said nothing to him and he reported me for voice communication and his gamertag is [Mod Removed - Do not name and shame on our forums. See Guidelines above.]

I doubt that would be possible as I don't think it's possible to remove some aspects of the ban.

Anyways, Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Sadly there is not much you can do about this now. I advise that you try to avoid people like this in the future. I also advise that you report EVERYONE you feel violates the ToS, especially if they are mad at you like you say he was.

I 100% blame MS.

They are the ones playing Parent, and as long as it has the potential to make them 💰💰 they will impliment more and more rules, even under the illusion that. "Its for the kids" or whatever.

Again, Parents. If your child gets banned for any reason, get rid of the console altogether. Better to use it as target practice than for the corporate world to target YOU.

"Justified" or not, a lot of bans has been handed out this generation and 1% doesn't even begin to scratch the surface.

"Justified" is everything. The end. All your statement shows is... there are a lot of people on Xbox Live who break rules aka "don't know how to behave" and they get banned for it. This is where I say "Duh, That's how it works!". lol

Trying to blame MS for members bad behavior because they ban those people is pretty hilarious IMO. There is no way you can spin it that any one with half a brain will agree with you. If you say 60% of users are banned, all
you're saying is 60% of users can't follow rules. That's it.
