Voice Commands on Bluray player

Discus and support Voice Commands on Bluray player in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; It would be nice if you could use voice commands when watching and using the bluray app. Hope it is in the upcoming update, 3D abilities would also be...     It would be nice if you could use voice commands when watching and using the bluray app. Hope it is in the upcoming update, 3D abilities would also be nice.

    Netflix and Hulu voice commands not working.

    I tried using voice command with Netflix last night but it still does not work. So far the apps I have experienced this with are Netflix, Blueray player, video files via the media player. Those are the main apps that I use to watch videos. I will try a few
    other video apps later today and report back.

    I can still turn the console on and off and navigate the home area with voice.

    ME 3 Voice commands vid

    Meh I've been using voice commands in games for many years. This is nothing new to me. Also I dont need a kinect to play ME 3 with voice commands on PC if i even wanted to use voice commands.

    I dont see the big deal.

    Oh, one more thing. There is not menu command for DVD/BluRay. So keep your other remotes handy for that. Otherwise it does great with the BluRay player. Even remembers where you left off on a DVD after turning the Xbox console off. Resumes exactly where
    you left off.

    People still relegating Kinect to just voice commands... People saying "just use the headset" still not taking into account how much battery life you will be using just needing your controller on at all times to access voice commands. At least people are
    starting to recognize that voice commands would also be transferred over the mic to other players.

    A question for those who did not install Kinect

    The gesture controls are kina meh, but the voice controls are just amazing! Try playing with voice commands for a day, and if you decide you don't like it after that I would be supprised. I actually caught myself trying to use voice commands on my DVD
    player that is in the bedroom (no xbox in there).

    Turn off voice commands?

    Okay, so I don't think there is a way to just turn off voice commands but you can turn off the kinect. say "Xbox, go to settings" and go to the kinect settings and you can turn it off. That or you could wear a headset and then other players voices won't
    be going through the tv and you can still have voice commands and hear the other players.

    kinect voice commands are a waste of time. only recognises substitution and cannot recognise and of the players i want to sub
