New free little game from the Microsoft Garage team. US region only so far.

It's a RTS game controlled by your pad and Kinect voice commands. People seem to be finding it quite addictive, has Achievement too.

Might check it out, not really an RTS guy but worth a shot.

 

I like the sound of these experimental games.

 

I tried it and it's not bad and definitely weird.

It's a wave-based game where you're in charge of protecting Earth from alien invasion. You have a weaponized satellite with an AI that can be moved to 4 separate hemispheres around Earth using voice commands (either with a microphone or the Kinect) - it
can auto-shoot any enemies in that area and can be commanded to lay down a minefield. In addition to that you can build 3 or 4 different kinds of turrets in each of these hemispheres in order to help you ward off the looming invasion. You also have a shockwave
attack that destroys all enemies and your very own pea-shooting spaceship that you can manuever and attack enemies with.

The goal of the game is to survive as many waves as possible using the controller and voice commands to maximize the use of all of the above mentioned weapons for the highest score possible.

I played this game yesterday for free get to level 20 fun game with integrated Kinect.

 

It's available via Bing Search - if you can't find it that way, then you won't be able to. :|
