Voice command Xbox turn off"

My xbox one voice command on and off worked ok. Well getting it to come on was kind of a pain but turning it off worked great. But now it will not turn off by voice comma d. I have to turn the controller on and use it to turn off the Xbox one. Anyone else
having this issue?

Voice commands - no response

I am finding that the voice command "xbox turn off" gives me the option boxes "yes" and "no" but after that no response Also the voice command to turn on is about 50/50 in regards to operating as it should

Just double checked. Works for me every time.

 

Switch your locale to New Zealand. You cant use voice commands if you have your locale setting for NZ cuz M doesnt have it ready for NZ.

Have you tried complete power-down and reboot of the console? Typically that's resolved most issues for me in the past.

 

Seven months and my Xbox on has never worked, until eight or ten attempts. Most of the time I give up up and just turn it on manually. I have calibrated tens of times, supposedly successful, but no go. Did the power off and reboot. So, if you get a answer
let me know., because I have given up.

 

When calibrating crank the volume on your noise maker (stereo/tv/home theatre/etc...) until the Xbox tells you its too loud. Then back down the volume until calibration starts. Complete calibration. This worked for me.

 

For me, "XBOX On" might take a couple of tries, but "XBOX turn off" seems to work just about 100% of the time even if I say it softly. Maybe I'm saying it wrong. Is it "XBOX on" or "XBOX turn on"
