Voice Command Trouble Only With Certain Channels

We recently had our XBox One replaced due to a faulty disc drive and now we're having problems with certain voice commands. We've also had problems with the Kinnect staying connected to the XB1. I called customer support and we reset the Kinnect completely.
Holding the power button for 15 seconds, unplugging the power supply, and making sure the power supply was plugged in directly to the wall. That seems to have fixed the Kinnect not staying connected, however we're still having issues with the XB1 changing
to certain channels where we never had that issue with the previous XB1.

For example - my wife and I watch a lot of "DIY Network". The command "Xbox watch DIY" used to work, and works on my friends XB1, however it doesn't work for us anymore. It's as if the XB1 doesn't understand "DIY". When I give that command it changes
to a variety of different channels; VH1, CW, etc. The command "Xbox watch Disney Jr." no longer works either. (Our daughter watches that one) Again, those commands used to work on our previous XB1, but do not anymore.

I've reset the One Guide, reset the command codes, and tried to troubleshoot with tech support over the phone but have not had any luck. The XB1 is completely up to date, as was the original XB1 where we had no issues. I'm hoping someone might be able to
help me out or send another replacement Xbox One.

Oneguide finally here (Canada) but needs work....

Agreed there is definitely an issue with voice commands still in different apps.

I also dislike the fact I have to scroll through all channels in the guide to get to a certain one. Say channel 300 to channel 599, it's missing little things and big things.

 

OneGuide functionality in the UK

I am from Russia. I recently bought a Xbox One. It works fine and understands my voice commands in English.

In Xbox One (OneGuide) no support for Russian cable television providers. And no voice commands to change channels.

I'd like to have voice commands: NEXT CHANNEL, PREVIOUS CHANNEL and CHANNEL [NUMBER CHANNEL].

 

Can anyone address this? Anyone? Bueller.....Bueller......

 

So a customer service agent asks me to post my problem in the web forums because he can't figure out what's wrong and NOBODY can respond? Poor....*** poor customer service, Microsoft.

 

Also having the exact same issue I set up a new TV with my same Xbox that I've been using no issues prior to moving to the new TV reset everything but now it no longer hears me say Disney Junior
