Voice chat volume for IOS on Xbox App

As far as i am aware so far there is no way of adjusting the volume of a party with in the xbox app on IOS. I use the xbox on my ipad and am have started to join parties with friends while playing games with them however due to the party volume being so
loud i am unable to hear my game as the party volume is so overpowering. I would like there to be a way for me to adjust the volume of the party without changing the volume of my game so I can hear both. This would be for the Xbox app on IOS.

I didnt know that existed. Off to do some research. Whenever i play a game on my ipad my iphone is right next to it, which already has the xbox app installed. Bluetooth to iphone, hardwire to ipad, control each volume independently... now thats a solution.

I have been researching this same issue. I play fortnite online with my son (he lives hours away from me), typically on xbox. However, i just purchased a 2020 ipad pro which ill be using often for fortnite sessions with my kiddo. The ONLY reliable way mobile/Xbox
cross platform fortnite chat works for us so far is through the xbox app using party chat. Thats what we used on xbox/xbox sessions anyways so we like it. With that said, since there's no volume control through the xbox app on ios, I can barely hear fortnite's
audio. Example:

-I'm playing fortnite on ipad by myself and have the volume exactly where i want it.

- my kid gets on xbox, see's i'm online, and starts a party chat with me.

-his voice level will literally be ear shattering at my current volume setting for fortnite. I have to turn the ipad volume level way down so our chat volume is at a normal level.. but now i cant hear much sound at all from fortnite.. Which is absolutely
essential in that game.

Completely unplayable. The xbox party volume is WAY too loud. We need a way to adjust it. I did, however, think of this: does anyone know if our solution would be a gaming headset with separate adjustable volume control for game sound and chat? These pictured
(stealth 600) are for xbox only so i cant test this myself at the moment. Im wondering if a similar set that's ios friendly (wired or BT) would be able to independently control each volume level.

Thanks for your help man. After research, im going with the Arctis 3 bluetooth. I actually wanted a decent wired headset for the ipad anyways so this accomplishes that while solving my chat issue.

There should be a way to adjust the volume without spending more money on another headset or bluetooth earphones
