Voice chat not working after multiple troubleshooting tries.

Before anyone sends me a link to the simple “try these steps” link, I already have. Heres the current situation,

I can hear people both in party and game chat.

They cannot hear me.

My profile icon in party chat does not highlight when I talk.

I can hear myself in my mic monitoring.

xbox knows when my mic is muted or not.

mic monitoring is turned all the way up.

party chat is all the way up.

headset is unmuted.

multiple headsets AND controllers have been tried.

privacy settings are all unlocked.

NAT is open.

I’m at my end here.

Thats not what I said at all mr ambassador. What i said was not to send me the same link everyone posts that just says “check to see if your mic is plugged in.”

I listed all the troubleshooting steps that any article has or does suggest, to no avail. Now I’m looking for more advanced or situational advice.

Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
