Voice chat /message restriction in Mortal Kombat 11

Over past couple weeks I have sent a couple reports in for players swearing non stop at me during match on voice comms, and today I log in and it says MY voice communication and messaging has been restricted in MK 11.

I didn't reply to them with any sort of back-talk, so I don't understand why I would be getting punished.

It's like okay fine I won't report anyone anymore if it's that much hassle, but please how do I get my voice communication back? I like to be able to hear what people say...

right now I can see the mic thing flashing as if they are talking but there is nothing coming through so I'm guessing that's the restriction from the popup when i started mortal kombat saying my communication is restricted.

Why is this happening and will my voice chat ever come back please help I didn't do anything wrong...

Sorry for the issue with a suspension. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

Do you get an error message when you try to buy Mortal Kombat 11 (I assume you meant Mortal Kombat when you said "Deadly Kombat 11")?

Or what exactly prevents you from buying the game?

Yes, this is only happening on mortal kombat 11 ultimate. I have a call of duty cold war disc and it downloads perfectly fine. I got the disc for Mortal Kombat 11 ultimate on december and i havent been able to download it since. I did have the game pass version of mortal kombat 11 but i fully deleted it to be absolutely sure that wasn’t the reason it wasn’t downloading.
