Voice chat issues in Fireteam when streaming to WIN 10

Hi all, I have searched and not seen this reported yet. I stream to my Win 10 PC all the time mostly playing Destiny. I have use both the Beta app and normal Win10 application and my issue continues on both. I will be playing fine and chatting with my
fireteam when randomly they will start complaining that my voice is all fast and sounds like a chipmunck. This can happen in both Fireteam chat or in Party chat. To fix it I have to stop the stream on the Win 10 app and start it back up again. Both my PC
and xboxone are on a wired connection to my router and my NAT is open. This happen very random. There are time I can play for hours with out any issues and others that it will do it every 15. Any one else facing this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix
it?

xbox official headset

i also have headset issues in destiny fireteam chat , mainly audio cutout , breakup , i also use the microsoft stereo headset , again it works fine in party chat , ive also gamed with guys using other branded headsets getting the same issues , possibly destiny
fireteam chat issues , even when i was on ps4 before moving to xbox the same issues where present , some people couldnt be heard at all in fireteam chat.

but, they don't work when you want to talk by chat or if you want to stream, if it's when you want to stream down the level from 10 to 20 and 100 to the microphone and the voice will be heard, if it's for normal chat update your control or verify that
the audio microphone is activated

Well this morning it decided to just work. At least while my kids were playing Minecraft anyway.

You know for as hard as it is to actually get over the phone help it would really be great if Microsofts people would actually tend to some of these issues people have here in the forums. Posts go ignored for days if they ever get responded to by MS support.
Mine was started on the 29th and only just approved on the 31st?

I don't know if this is the right thread to put this in but it seems relatable. The xbox app came with Win 10 and in it is a Xbox One Stream feature. I had an idea to record the in game chat of the game while playing. I started streaming and plugged in a
headset but to my dismay the headset did not relay any voice. It appeared connected on the television/game and the mute button lit up but no voice would play through the mic. I tried plugging in the headset before running the stream but that just caused the
stream to reveal the error message: "We couldn't stream from your console. Try again later.". It is kinda hard to record in game chat when you cannot talk while streaming. I am not sure if this is a glitch or a known programmed safeguard. If anyone has any
info that could help please let me know.

P.S. The recording application and the external mic used to record my audio were not in use when the above events occurred.
