voice chat between Xbox One and 360 now

With the recent news that Xbox one players will be able to game on Multiplayer with xbox 360 players opens up a lot of questions that haven't been answered; such as:

Will Game voice chat work cross-gen?

Will Xbox 360 players be finally allowed to start a party chat with people playing on the Xbox one? (this seriously should have been a day 1 thing)

If Xbox one player and Xbox 360 player are friends and are playing the same are they allowed to join together to form a team/platoon?

Voice Communication between Xbox1 and 360

First off why is the voice and party chat not set up to talk to players between Xbox 1 and 360! yes i am mad. yes a short Rant at first. now Will there be a Update or a app that we can voice chat between XB1 and 360? Many cannot afford the Next
Gen at this time.

We want voice messages

A lot of people I talk to want the voice messaging like the 360 has please. Also, ability to voice message and party chat between the one and the 360.

This thread is about the sound file that major nelson just released showing the difference between the online voice chat on the Xbox 360 and the new voice chat on the Xbox ones head set!

Nothin to do with kinnect at all!

Forgot to answer the question about the party chat. Party chat does not work between the 360 and One only text messages. If you play a 360 game that has in game voice communications that will work.

I like voice messaging. They sure are leaving out MANY of the features which 360 can do (a party chat which is easy and fun and works, voice messaging, USB pic/vid support, access to HDD under settings, ability to change the UI background with a theme/pic,
battery indicator, recent players list, bio/motto/location on your profile). I understand that you can't send voice messages and voice chat between 1 and 360, but not being able to send voice messages between other Xbox 1'ers??
