Voice chat bans in Call of Duty.

As stated previously in this thread youd have to contact Activision to appeal it. While Microsoft does own Activision, their support is still separate like its always been.

I was in a match of zombies I just finished final mission i said f yeah bc was excited and it gave me a penalty so could you plz remove it

If you want to appeal in this case, you must contact the support of the game where you have been banned.

Can I be permanently banned from playing Call of Duty for voice chat violations? Isn't this a violation of the First Amendment? And finally, I do not use Proximity Chat or communicate with non-friends, so why am I being penalized for something that nobody hears except people who already know I'm an ****?

No it is not a violation of your first amendment because the first amendment never protected speech on a private network.

Free speech only protects you from speaking out against the government. It doesnt prevent companies from being able to censor what you say.
