Voice ban then 2 days later multiplayer ban

Hello Support,

i recived a voice communication ban on the 13.06.2017 and 44 hours later a Multiplayer ban for harassment, abuse and threats. I cannot apply for a review on this two cases on the enforcemt site. The hottline Support couldn´t help me neither. As fare as
i read it out of the FAQ you could not get banned twice for the same "misconduct" and if that was not the case how should i be able to harras, abuse or threaten another player without communication rights after i recived the ban?. Could you help me with that
case or give me a contact adress to the enforcment team?

Banned...2 days later full multiplayer ban!

If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. Investigations can take time, so the ban could be for something that took place weeks or months ago.

Thanks for the reply pal, it's just annoying as ****. In my opinion there's no reason I should of been banned, but there's no way to speak with this 'enforcement team'

If I might offer a suggestion, based on the word choices being affected by the language filter here on the forums, the issue could be that you use words that you don't find offensive or bad, but violate the family friendly ideals of the Code of Conduct. I admit
to using these words myself, but I don't use them on Xbox Live or on the forums here because I know that they are considered unacceptable or offensive by enough people that it would be a problem via Xbox. But, that's just a thought.

You can get banned for your online behaviour of a previous date after the XBLPET investigates your account.

The enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspensions.
