Look i have had a very rough last couple of days, my grandma passed away and it's been hard. Now while that's not your fault or problem I let a jerk get to me and upset me so I told him to stop being a girl. Now I shouldn't have said anything I understand
but 2 weeks for calling someone a girl. Please maybe 24 hrs and I wont message anyone every again but I play with friends that have been talking me through my rough time and now I have lost that ability: ( don't take that from me right now I need it more then
ever please!

I'm sorry for your loss. The only place you can appeal your ban would be by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review if eligible.

I failed the questionnaire by one question any way u can reset it to try again?

I believe you have to wait 24 hours before you can take the questionnaire again.

It's there to make sure you are familiar with the Terms of Use & Code of Conduct so it may be worth reading those before taking it again,that way you wont get a question wrong & wont get suspended again if you know & follow the rules.

for the record I really hate xbox right now, lots of word play on this dumb survey and it think that's ridiculous. Has almost the same question twice with a spin on the question now I must wait 24 hrs again to try again ridiculous. Also the stupid thing
glitched on the 8 out of 8 and made me do another one because of that and failed. Really might switch to Playstation after this highly upset you get banned and jump through hoops for calling someone a girl. I have been an xbox owner since day one when it came
out and honestly this might have been the final push to switch to sony. And if it does come to that I hope xbox fails hard and this enforcement group gets its karma. All for telling someone they were being a girl and now I can't even talk to someone who can
help discuss this because I don't qualify for a free review! Xbox rated 1 out of 10 stars will not recommend this system to anyone ever again congrats Microsoft.
