Where did you get the voucher from? Is this in response to an open support request? If that's the case you might need to reach back out to offical support via the offical channels
to contact them about this request. We can provide some community support, but are limited in what we can do, especially around purcahses and redemption. We can answer questiosn about the process, but not look up any redemptions or status.

If you received a voucher via an event or offer you would need to contact those that issued the voucher for more info.

It would be best as well to double check the voucher for any extra info on how to redeem it.

Thanks for coming to the forums. As Onyx stated if it is from an event contact them. If it is an Xbox currency voucher, you can go to the
account website to redeem. You can also redeem it right on the Xbox console. Remember this is only if it is a Xbox gift card or Xbox live card. If you can give us additional information,
like where you got the voucher, what type is it, we can assist you better. Also as this is a second post on the issue I will be locking this thread we will continue to help you on the first one.
