Discus and support Vizio tv d50u-d1 problems with xbox one x in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i have tried everything to get games too run at 4k.     Vizio tv d50u-d1 problems with xbox one x


    i have tried everything to get games too run at 4k. It says its capable of 4k 60 hz but all im getting is upscaled in the setup. Can someone please let me know how to get this tv running games at 4k instead of upscaled.

    4K is not working right on my xbox one s

    "Allow 4K" is checked & it's fine but when I switch the resolution to 4k it becomes very unstable with the signal to my tv cutting on & off every few seconds. I have a Vizio D50u-D1.

    Issues with Vizio M65-d0 and Xbox One S; screen turns white.

    I'm also having this issue with the Vizio M50-D1. Hope to see this resolved soon.

    Xbox One S HDR issue

    Hey Aiki Man!

    Originally, specific Vizio 4K TV's only supported Dolby Vision and not HDR10. Just recently Vizio began rolling out firmware updates that includes HDR10 support for their 4K SmartCast M & P series TV's. For more information, please refer to

    Vizio's HDR10 Firmware Information     page. As noted on that page, this currently applies to M50-D1, M60-D1. P50-C1, P55-C1, P65-C1, and P75-C1. If you do not own one of those models, your TV may not support HDR10 quite yet and you may need to reach out to
    Vizio support in regards to that.

    Be sure to enable HDMI Color Subsampling on your TV if it is one of the model's mentioned above! Let us know how it goes!

    Same exact issue here on the Vizio M60-D1, this is definitely a problem with the Xbox One S. C'mon Microsoft, you have GOT to fix this. I just bought a new 4k TV and an Xbox One S for this? It completely ruins the excitement of new tech when the specific
    features you upgraded for are broken out of the box. I'm as brand loyal to Xbox as anyone I know and this has me mad enough to consider returning it for a PS4 Pro. Acknowledge the issue and fix it please!

    I own a P75-C1 and have updated everything on the TV (so it has HDR10 support) and the Xbox and they STILL do not work together. All I get is a black screen when I enable sub-sampling (HDR). I was hoping the most recent dashboard update last week would
    fix, but nothing. Is there any other news for this issue?

    Vizio hdr10 issues

    Had this problem contacted vizio and I had to uncheck the allow variable refresh rate in tv&display options on the Xbox one x and also had to turn off variable refresh rate in the pro gaming engine in the advanced picture settings.
