    VIVO and MUZU.TV XBOX 360 apps unable to contact server


    hi all

    Can anyone confirm for me that these apps no longer work since they can no longer connect to the remote server?

    The apps are still available fordownload however when accessing the apps both are unable to connect to the remote server and there is no further information or reason

    I have Gold account and my connection is excellent etc

    Many applications are not found in search or browse apps.

    On my xbox 360, I can not find many advertised applications, either through browse or search. Here are some apps I could not find: ign, twc tv, gaiam tv, muzu.tv, watchup, univision

    All of these are advertised here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/entertainment/xbox-360/live-apps

    In addition, Time Warner Cable's web page says that twc tv is available on xbox360: Stream TV App - TV Shows, Live TV, & Movies | Spectrum TV App.

    Browse apps will list only 102 applications. I have spent four hours on xbox chat support and also multiple calls to time warner cable about this issue. Please help.

    As far as I'm aware MUZU.TV.is no longer in operation and the company has gone into administration

    Can anyone confirm or do I have a problem with my XBOX service specific to me? Surely the app should be removed if the service is no longer available?

    Thanks for coming to the forums. You are unable to hear as a Xbox 360 game connects to the 360 servers. The party chat is running through the Xbox one servers.

    I appreciate your reply. It turns out that your Xbox app is unable to connect to the Xbox server due to a network issue that's why you're unable to sign in. Having an error message, "Teredo is unable to qualify" wants to inform you that
    your computer is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address which is needed to establish a secure connection between the Xbox app and to the Xbox server. In order for you to sign in, I recommend that you follow the solutions provided on this
