    How am I supposed to get a process going to get a refund on 3 Vive Trackers that still hasnt been delivered? I ordered them early December and still havent received them. I watched the tracking say it bounced in California for almost 2 months then to USPS for a month but nothing after since then.

    I was recently told that just putting a 92 before the FedEx tracking showed its USPS tracking. January 20, 2022

    Its been a while and the tracking hasn't changed.

    Did you contact UPS already? Just to check with them if they have a date for the delivery. Also, you could try to contact Microsoft Support directly requesting a call from the website.

    Thats what I was told. The website is overly complicated to try and track something that I dont have a USPS tracking number for, which is what its asking for.
