Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise - Saving doesn't work

I have both an Xbox 360 and Xbox One and am trying to move over all of my son's games to work on the Xbox One. Recently we tried playing Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise on the Xbox One and have encountered some problems. Note that we have the game itself and
not "Rare Replay". Here's the sequence of events:

1. On the Xbox 360 - I moved his gardens/saves from the Xbox 360 to my Xbox Live profile (copy didn't work for this game).

2. Now on the Xbox One - I put the disc in and installed it.

3. I loaded the game, none of our existing gardens were visible on the load garden screen.

4. I ensured that I was signed in to my Xbox Live profile on both the Xbox One and within the Xbox 360 emulator (loaded by pressing the buttons previously known as start and back)

5. The gardens were still not visible.

6. We started a new garden and played with no issues. Our game profile loaded correctly meaning that we retained our money, level, and cross-garden purchases.

7. We selected "Save and Quit" and returned to the title screen.

8. At this point there were still no gardens available to load. We tried creating and saving gardens a few more time with no luck.

So our two issues are that 1) we can't save a new garden and 2) we can't load our old gardens. I'd love to get back our old gardens, but it won't be that big of a deal if we lose them. We'd like to at least be able to create and save new ones and keep access
to our in-game profile.

Does anyone have any tips for what I can try? I still have access to the Xbox 360 in case that's helpful.

Thank you for the detailed post, that's helpful! Regarding step 1 - When you moved the gardens/saves, what exactly do you mean by that? Did you move the content to the Cloud storage? It's worth clearing your

local 360 storage from your Xbox One to see if that helps any.

You can also try saving Gardens on a different Xbox Live account. That'll help us try to figure out if the issue is with a specific account maybe.
