    My viva piñata TIP game will load all the way but as soon as I push the start button it freezes then crashes, can someone tell me how to fix it I thought it just was a little fluke but I haven't been able to play for 3 days.

    Heya Steave142142.

    If you haven't tried already, please power cycle your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds (or until your Xbox One powers off) and then power it back on. If you're still having trouble after the power cycle try uninstalling the game and
    re-install it to see if that helps.

    If you also haven't had a chance please head on over to our
    Backward Compatibility Troubleshooter and run through all the steps there. Be sure to also fill out the Survey at the end. Thanks!
