No straight from the store

It keeps giving me the cant cant signing in error when i go to download profile please help.

This could possibly be happening if you are playing the game via game sharing and it wasn’t a purchase on your own account.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get this game to function properly. I can totally understand how this could be pretty disheartening. If the previously posted troubleshooting has yet to resolve the issue, then I suggest
trying a soft reset of the console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.
