If only we could tell our 360's to store the cover art on the console, it would be nice. But all of my coverart displays correctly, except for the XBOX Originals games.

This is by no means a guaranteed answer, but it's what has worked for me:

I had the same issue. Covers were loading very slow/not loading at all.

The speed/consistency at which they load has seemed to be directly linked to the amount of free Harddrive space I have. When my 250GB was near full, it would take forever for covers to load. After upgrading to the 320GB, everything was nice and snappy.
The more games I have installed/the less space that is available on the HDD, the slower they seem to load.

Also, you could try clearing your system cache and then redownloading the title, but I can't replicate the problem currently, so I don't know if that'd work. I do know exactly what you're talking about though.

Obviously I do not know your current set-up, and it seems that this is something that will have to be addressed in a future update.

Not being a Microsoft employee, there's nothing i can personally do to fix this, nor can i even confirm if the cover art for that game is supposed to show up in your Library.

Sorry I can't be of much more help, but check to see how much storage space you have left. It seemed to really be an issue for me once I had less than ~15GB of free space.

I know, it's so frustrating when a system like this doesn't work. Let's hope they get it straight soon.
