Visiting the US for a few weeks, but living in Ireland.. What happens to my games??

Visiting the US(Southbend) for a few weeks, and I am wondering what happens to my games?

I have BF4/Fifa/Ryse etc... on my XB1( Ireland ) that I bought all digitally. When I go over, can I still play these games after I migrate my Gamertag/account?

Also if I purchase any DLC or games(digitally) over there, will I be able to play them once I come back home?

Or.... will I lose everything?

The reason I ask is my cousin comes over quite a bit and he was unsure whether he could use his XB1 over, so he played on mine, and he bought Rayman Legends through Xbox.com and was able to play it on my XB1 using his GT.

Is there an easier way for me to play my games on his XB1 since I bought my games in Ireland? Or do I need to re-buy them ?

Do you live in a different country than Ireland? I had the same error before. I was using my US account, but I live in Ireland. I was getting the same error. I did an account migration that happens instantly (used to be 6 weeks) to Ireland and I was able
to download it no problem.

Download stopping at 80% can sometimes be a DRM thing, I've had it happen when I've tried to buy games here in Ireland with my UK Xbox Live account. Is your Xbox Live account country the same as the country you're living in?

 

You will not need to rebuy the games, you can play them on his xbox by signing in to your profile and downloading the games.

If you decide to purchase content while in the States you will need to change your region to match your physical location or you will run into issues.

Anything you buy you will have access to once you go back to Ireland, as long as you buy it on your gamertag
