Visa Card Used To Buy XBox Live

I recently noticed that I had to pay for XBox live from last month, and the current month of play. I used a prepaid Vanilla Visa gift card, and I received an email saying that XBox live was paid for, and would need to be renewed on March, 1st. However,
when I looked on my Vanilla account, it said the sale was “pending”. When i logged unto my fortnite, it said that XBox live was not paid for. I am confused because I received an email saying that it was paid for, but my fortnite account linked to my XBox (where
I registered the Visa) will not allow me to play on XBox Live. Can anybody help me? Maybe I have to wait 24 hours to see if it goes through? I appreciate any help you can offer!

Hey there Justin,

Basically he means go to the
Contact us page at Xbox.com and click through the categories that pertaining to billing until and see if it gives you the option to request a call by support. Once you choose that, you'll put in your number and when there's an available agent, the system
will call your number so they can help you.

So i will be able to purchase XBox Live? How long will it take for my purchase to go through, because I would like to be able to play as soon as possible? 24 hours? 48 hours? Also, when will I know XBox Live has succesfully been purchased? I got an email
saying it was, but it wont work on my XBox, and doesn’t come up as me having XBox Live. Thanks.

I’m confused what you mean by callback. Do you mean call the customer support team? I couldn’t find it on the linked page you provided me.
