Virus??

for some time, only while playing Microsoft Solitaire, bars start at the top and completely cover the screen. I try to sign out and can't. i have to turn off the Surface Notebook and wait a bit to restart. Not always stars on the first try, either. It
is an updated new install which solved other problems that I had. This is a separate situation. Can anyone help? Should take the Surface in to tech to be fixed?

Absolutely, but it's now been 24hrs and I still have not received a response.

I understand that we are all responsible for the content we put onto our Xbox. It's just unfortunate that he has to learn that people on the internet suck. Most of them are out to get you in some way. "Buy this", "sign up for this free blog so we can
spam you for life", "put in an application for a job and get spams the rest of your life", "help me get my $10 mill by giving me your credit card info", "here is a free map that contains a mod that will get you banned from Xbox Live"....... It has provided
pcs of crud a means to reach more victims.

I just gave the speech to both of my kids, AGAIN, not to trust anyone on the internet, EVER!!! We've only let our 15 yr old on the internet in the last 6 months. In that time, he's picked up over 200 virus's, 3 intrusions, 1 attempted take-over of the
PC, and now a mod that got him kicked off of Xbox Live. I don't know if I'll ever let my younger son on the PC.

Still, very disappointed with MS at the lack of response. In addition, the fact that a child that has restrictions up the waazooo on the Xbox can upload a mod that will get him banned is convenient neglect by MS (since this allows them to obtain additional
funds). If the system forced him to get me for a password like it does for most Disney movies, this would have never happened.

resident evil zero took place at the same time of RE 1. it shows how rebbeca chambers made it to the mansion. and i thought according to resident evil story line, during or sometime after RE1 albert wesker was give one of the virus's.
