Virus or corrupted files

i basically cant play any of my games when everi try to connect to a publishers servers it rejects me and kicks me offline for example halo wars 2 now rainbow 6 ive formatted my xbox and nothing im really stuck here ive paid money for my games and i cant
even play them id alpreciate any help

The error will occur due to Damaged Registry Files, Malware, Virus and corrupted data. I suggest you to follow the methods below to solve the issue:

Method 1: Run a SFC (system File Checker) scan by following the steps provided in the link below.

Is it possible for an Xbox 360 to get a virus?

Actually you can't get viruses on xbox because the coding is different then a computer, unless someone gives you a corrupted save file that you downloaded then yeah there's a chance.

Hey BOSSMAN JAM! Are you getting any error messages or codes when the games kick you offline? When you are kicked offline, does the whole console lose connection or just in game? If possible, include screenshots of what your're seeing. Post

It finally was able to load. I had ONE corrupt file that refused to delete. It took me almost a week of deleting and restarting before it finally stayed deleted. I was saying on the other board that maybe the file was a virus of some kind and that's why
it wouldn't delete but I really don't know.

hi, you could try going to system, storage,all devices or hard drive,games and apps, then check every one to see if there is a yellow exclamation point next to it, if their is then you need to delete it because it could be a sort of virus that contaminates
all your files, thats what corrupted means, it means the file is no good and could damage your other files as well.
