    Virtual Xbox 360 games from bought from marketplace. Yay or nay for Xbox one?


    So as you may know, games like Rise of the Tomb Raider, GTA V, and the like on the Xbox Marketplace have a Xbox 360 version of the download and an Xbox One version, and I was wondering if it were possible to pay the Xbox 360 versions on an Xbox One?

    ok so no worries with that. i have internet issues & sometimes i cant connect for a while. with all the licenses on the xbox ill be able to play arcade & indie games offline. yay or nay?

    You can play some Xbox 360 games on Xbox One through backwards compatibility. A full list of those games is here:
    www.xbox.com/.../backward-compatibility

    However, games for which there are both an Xbox One and Xbox 360 version are unlikely to ever be made backwards compatible, so if you wish to play that game on Xbox One you would need to purchase, either digitally or on disc, the Xbox One version of the
    game.

    Just to clarify, 6ft is the bare minimum space required to play Kinect. I bought one for my daughter yesterday and it seems like 10ft is really what you need. Otherwise you will constantly be stepping too close for the cam to see you. That is BS IMHO. BTW,
    since I already bought it my answer is obviously yay but I would not recommend it unless you have a HUGE playing area.
