virtual money

Hello, I have a credit balance
of virtual money, the microsoft
which expire on 06.01.2015, I received
email expires on 05/02/2015
and I try to renew them by purchasing a
year xboxlive. Failing
call Customer Support, which
tells me that these virtual credit is not
transformable microsoft points for the renewal of
it live, but only
to buy other games online.

I had always used this money
to renovate or purchase microsoft
point and now they tell me that
it is no longer possible.

I understand it right this
behavior, especially for customers who
claims before this change.
It requires converting them to ms point or
a way of use alternatico that can allow
the use of such money to the pattern with
which they have paid.

so i bought a coins on my ipad and the money hasnt shown on my windows 10 edition account and i have tried to restore purchase on iphone but still nothing

You paid actual money for virtual money? Someone please. Make it stop.

 

Sorry, but it has never been possible to use this money to purchase a gold subscription and Microsoft points were discontinued before the use of these funds so it was never possible to purchase points with those funds either. It has only ever been possible
to purchase games and other content with those funds. Microsoft has not changed that policy.

I used these dates the er purchase ms points

 

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. So back then you would have been able to purchase points, but you would have had to do so using a credit card or Paypal. The current system used was not in place back then so you would not have used your account
balance to purchase more points.
