Virtual Keys Missing

I preordered the game through the "Order" link provided in the sweepstakes. I payed for it over a week ago, and I'm getting a bit nervous since there are only 4 days left on the contest. Any help would be appreciated.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread! Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.

 

I think you need to be a bit more specific on what you're talking about. What sweepstakes/contest? What exactly do you need help with - finding virtual keys? If that's the case then you probably have to reach out to the publisher/developer on their sites.

 

For the Forza Virtual Key Sweepstakes on the Xbox Live Rewards site, sorry for the confusion.
