Virtual keyboard wont show up when i try to add my account to my xbox one after factory reset

I did a factory reset on my Xbox one console and my gamer tag wont show up and i cant find it in settings

Thanks for keeping us updated. Were you able to try the hard reset and power cycle of your Xbox One?

If that doesn't help then I recommend trying a soft factory reset. Only try this if you have your account login information readily available as you will need to re-add your account to your Xbox during the set up after the reset. Make sure to select keep
my games and apps.

When I used my keyboard earlier, i finished the update, tried the controller, still didnt pair.

i then did a factory reset of my xbox, tried again, the xbox controller still wouldnt pair

still wont pair now

Mine is doing the same thing right now. I just did a factory reset and booted it up and now it wont let me add any accounts to it. Its on the home screen and when i open the menu and try to add an account all the back ground stuff moves but not in the
tab I need it to.
