    virtual keyboard problem


    hi iam trying to sign into kerbal space program forum site to pose a question but each time i click on enter username or email the virtual keyboard pops up then disapears. It works everywhere else. Is there a fix to this or is it the kerbal website. I know
    that microsoft would be happy to blame the website itself but it worked perfectly before the two desktop updates ive had recently for the xbox one preview.

    Stuck at the sign in screen

    Virtual keyboard

    We canno't change profile because for some reason, there is no more virtual keyboard on the screen!

    If somebody can help?

    Try doing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

    nope no joy after doing as asked. the problem persists. it pops up then then away imeadiatly

    Virtual keyboard problem

    I've just spent some time with a live FOX tech support chat and was told this is a known issue. I had checked the v-keyboard functionality across all other apps with no problems before that. I was going to try your suggestions if the tech support didn't
    work. I've simply created another email without the 9 in the name or pw, and was able to login. Now I'm ready for Superbowl LIV. Thanks for the reply.

    Odd. Could be an issue with that app, or something else. Have you tried connecting a keyboard or using your phone as a virtual keyboard to see if you have the same issue?
