Virtual Key Sweepstakes: preordered digital FM7, have not received Virtual Keys or Rewards ...

Hello,

I completed my preorder of the Ultimate Edition of Forza Motorsport 7 on Sep 27, 2017 (order #1687951729, photo attached).

However, I have not yet received the expected 10 Virtual Keys and/or 5,000 Xbox Rewards points.

As described in the Sweepstakes FAQ: Given that it has now been well over the required 96-hour waiting period, I'm seeking assistance here in the Xbox Rewards support forum. Please advise, and thank you for your time!

Did not get reward points for pre-ordering Forza Motorsport 6 or 7, nor virtual keys for FM7

I've been a member of the rewards program for a while, and I've never received any points for game purchases I made during the pre-order period. It's very frustrating to be a fan of Forza Motorsport, pre-ordering the games on the first day they are available,
and then not get the reward points. This seems to be a systemic problem. Could that get fixed please? And can I have my reward points for Forza Motorsport 7 (and 6), and my extra pre-order virtual keys for the FM7 virtual key sweepstakes, please?

Didn't get Forza 7 virtual keys or Rewards Points for purchaing FM7

Purchased FM7 Ultimate on September 30 and never received the 10 virtual keys or the rewards credits. Purchased it digitally from MS/Xbox.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently investigating with our web team reports of users not seeing keys being awarded for their purchase. Once we know more, we'll update this thread! Regarding your Credits, from the FAQ:

When will I get my Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game?

Rewards Credits for pre-ordering or ordering the game will appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer is not yet over, it is too early to see your Credits.

I do understand now about how the Rewards credits will appear, and my regrets for my misunderstanding.

As for the missing Virtual Keys: As the sweepstakes allows entry of keys through 20 Oct, and presuming your team is able to resolve the technical issue, I'll look forward to playing a bit more as we near the end of the event.

Our web team is reporting that this issue has now been resolved. However, our platform team is reporting that your purchase was not made digitally from the Xbox store. According to our purchase information, your purchase was from a token redemption, which
indicates a physical purchase or a purchase from an alternative storefront. From the FAQ:

PRE-ORDER/ORDER THE GAME

Pre-order or order any digital version of Forza Motorsport 7 (includes Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Edition) from the Xbox Store between September 18 and October 13 to earn 10 additional keys and 5,000 Rewards Credits. Please note that it can take
up to 96 hours for your keys from this action to appear on the site. If they haven’t appeared by the end of the contest on October 13, you will have until October 20 to use them.

• 10 keys (can only be earned once)
• 5,000 Rewards Credits (can only be earned once)

Since your purchase was not made digitally from the Xbox Store, it was not eligible for this offer.
