    I’ve been waiting in the virtual chat room for over an hour waiting for someone and the number goes from 8 people waiting to over 40. How if I was in the waiting area before are others being helped before I am? That’s absolutely rediculous that I have to
    sit here while people who came on after just jump up ahead of others.

    Every time I go to support I automatically get sent to the same ridiculous VA and it never has the correct answer today I wanted information on the "Internet connection Require " message I keep receiving and it wanted to send me to the disabilities department

    If you encounter any issues requesting a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website, I recommend visiting Microsoft Virtual Agent

    Then just type in “agent” and select the issue.

    Select either of the option “Call me back” or “chat”*

    The virtual agents (i.e. programmed bots to help with common problems "too trivial" for a human support person) are not available in all languages.

    If you really want to be helped by a robot, you need to use the English US locale of the Xbox support website.

    You can force the US-English locale by going to this page:
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    There choose the category of your problem, and you should see a box where a virtual agent is trying to help you.

    I'm glad you first changed the password on the account. As for the purchase please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and see if you can find the purchase listed there. If you can then you should be able to start a refund request via that link
