    Virginmedia Superhub 2 Randomly Disconnects

For the last month or two I've just been randomly disconnected in the middle of online games, i can watch Netflix or download games etc with no problem at all but as soon as i play a game of FIFA i am disconnected in the middle of the match every time, For
the first few months i had no issues at all but this has been happening for a while now. Any ideas?

    :)

    Random Disconnects from LIVE

Hey there Igor! There have been some complaints about Xbox timeouts with Superhub on the Xbox forums as well on

    Virginmedia community forums
. The problem is the Superhub VMDG480 itself. It is caused by SSH disconnects if not used for a couple of minutes.

If the troublesthooting steps you have been provided with in this thread doesn't work call up your ISP and asked them about timout issues and if there is something that can be solved.

Another solution is to connect a router to the superhub if you have one.
