Hello. I keep losing connection. For instance, when I play A game online the connection will drop and show the character stoot still but can still look around for A bit until it makes me eeset my consol. Yet my internet connection seems ok. If someone could
help I would be grateful. So close to throwing my xbox out of the window haha.

    Hey Rebel!

Thanks for taking the time to bring this inquiry to us! I would suggest clearing the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) just to make sure the console is receiving the information from the Network Hardware!

To clear the alternate MAC assuming you're on Xbox One and not PC it's

    Settings

    Network

    Network settings

    Advanced settings

    Alternate MAC address

    Select Clear and then Restart

Give it a shot and keep us posted!

Hey Rebel likewise thanks for the reply! If the steps listed have been attempted I would suggest a

    Soft Factory Reset
(while keeping games and apps) since the issue does look to be on the consoles OS.

BEFORE THESE STEPS ARE ATTEMPTED - Make sure the information for all profiles are known (email and password) since all profiles will be kicked from the console. If they aren't known I would suggest
Recovering the Accounts and then doing the reset.

Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!!

  7. Thanks again for the quick response, I had to go out (sisters birthday meal) and now have returned and IT WORKS, probably just needed a rest>>>lol.

I will continue to monitor it for a few days and get back to you if needed.

Once again many thanks for the help.

    Cheers,
