Virgin media hub 3.0 connection issues

Discus and support Virgin media hub 3.0 connection issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently got the new hub and I'm randomly being kick from games,anybody having similar issues?   2. Connecting to xbox live on Wireless fine, Soon as i try switch to wired i am simultaneously logged in and out every minute or so helppppp.

    It's a virgin media hub 3.0 and wifi

  3. Regular sudden disconnections.

    if its a virgin media super hub , your gona need to hardwire it to get a good , stable connection....those routers have known issues with wireless and xbox one....

    Virgin media hub 3.0 connection issues

    My mate got a new hub recently and he had nothing but problems. Turns out there are two versions of the hub, one has a firmware that works, and one doesn't. Unfortunately Virgin haven't said when the one with the problems will be sorted.

    The problem he has is that nothing will connect to the internet over a wired connection, I agree that the isn't the same problem you are having, but if you console is wired, try over wireless and see what happens.

  5. I had the same issue, very frustrated. The way I got around the issue was:

    1) Define a static IP address for the Xbox in the DHCP table by adding a reservation to the Mac Address

    2) Set the pervious defined IP address in the DMZ (bypassing the firewall)

    3) On the Xbox, go in to settings, DVD & Blu-Ray and select Clear Persistent Data (do that twice)

    4) On the Xbox, go in to Setting, Network, Advance, Alternative Mac Address and Clear (This will reset your Xbox)

    (You may have to go in to the settings deeper if I've missed a step!)

    This has resolved my constant game dropping and may hopefully work for you. If this does not work, then you may wish to setup a connection test on your line. Go to www.TestMy.net from a PC and setup a test on your Network connection for 24 hours at 15
    minute intervals. If you find errors on you connection, you can then approach Virgin with the results.

    I had the same issue, very frustrated. The way I got around the issue was:
