Virgin media and Xbox live

Am I the only person with the virgin media super hub started to have lag/disconnected from xbox live lately? it only seemed to have happened just after Christmas and its a pain in the ***, Yeah I am wireless and you will say go wired but that is a option
for me and this problem has only just started to happen and is pretty *** tbh!! just wondering if i am the only one with this problem or others out there in the same boat?

cant watch tv when xbox one is switched off

ive set up my virgin media box on my xbox one to watch live tv using a hdmi cable

when I switch off my xbox I cant watch my live tv from virgin media, can any1 help

like i said sonys new partner is virgin media well its virgin media that does eurogamer expo and they do the live streaming

It may be because you're a Mackem!! Haha only joking. I don't seem to have any problems with it. Have you got their fastest speed broadband? Think you can get it upgraded free if not.

got the 50meg package, If i don't change the wireless settings to 54Mbps I get disconnected every couple of mins!!

Right I just thought it might be virgin again, something like this happend a few months ago where only people on virgin media couldn't connect to xbox live. I'm guessing this might just be xbox live in general.

Spent over 2 years trying to get my connection with virgin media running right.

Because they trespassed on my property and did criminal damaged to it I'm in the process of taking them to small claims court.

So in my case Virgin were not very good for Xbox live. And bt infinity compared to virgin media is a lot better.

Yes I have contacted Virgin Media, they have told me they do not support XBox Live

do you live in bristol/south wales and is you provider Virgin media. If yes there is a known fault and read other forums on the subjectknown fault. Virgin and xbox finding it hard to solve
