    Hi

    I am not the most techinically minded person so please be gentle with me!

    We are considering a move from Sky to Virgin for TV, Broadband and phone services. My husband works away a lot and uses his xbox to watch Sky via the sky Q/Sky go app.

    Would he be able to watch Virgin TV via his Xbox whist he is away from home like he can sky?

    Hello Julia,

    Thanks for coming back! So, the Virgin tv app is not available in my region so I'm not sure if it is in fact available on the Xbox. Based on the Website though, it shows that it is accessible on pc and on the Surface pro. No mention of the Xbox.

    Again, this could be due to my region. I recommend getting on the Xbox and searching for the App in the Xbox store. If it does not show up, the it is not available sadly.

    Please forgive my stupidity as I know nothing about xboxes - i’m more a candy crush kinda girl!

    The info on the link states that

    A Windows device running Windows 10 Anniversary Update version 1607 (OS build 14393) or above, with WiFi, 3G or 4G internet access

    Does an Xbox meet this requirement? (I did warn you i wasnt techincially minded)

    Internet keeps disconnecting when opening apps!

    using Virgin Media 50mb Superhub.

    i know it launches app then xbox says disconnected then when i look at router it is rebooting
