VIP vault

I used my gems on the Smite with Friends from the VIP vault and have yet to receive the email to be able to get them. That was the ONLY thing that was semi worth getting because everything else was out of stock. I ordered the back on 6/1. It is weird that
digital items are all out of stock.....

Any official response on updating the vault? Everything worthwhile is still out of stock and I’m seeing loads of posts highlighting this same issue. Just doesn’t make sense for your own digital products when we were encouraged to save and now you are forcing
us to spend or effectively take a 90% drop in value of Xbox rewards vs ms rewards.

Support has stated that they will update the vault when they get more stuff, but when that will happen and if it does happen who knows.

Sound promising...... " if it does happen"

Like others have said, a 1:1 ratio for Gems is a RIP OFF.

Some of those gems came from keeping GOLD for 6 months straight. Right now since the VIP Vault is BARREN AND EMPTY, I am looking at a whopping $1.42 from that crap "conversion" instead of the $25 in rewards credit I should be able to get.

This is unacceptable, and the support team needs to do something, or do I have to go yell at Phil's Twitter feed again like I did before when they finally fixed the BING side of things? Still never compensated justifiability there either.

At this point, when my Gold runs out, I am not renewing again because Microsoft just wants to stick corncobs where the sun does not shine when it comes to its long time loyal users.

I am also gutted about this (In fact, I have not seen anyone have anything positive to say about this transformation). I have started doing every thing I can to get rewards and am already up to nearly 2000 GEMS. Then they go and take this away. This really
is shocking and it looks like Microsoft are going to be upsetting a hell of a lot of gamers here!! TAKE NOTE MS, listen to your loyal fans!!

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



You'll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You'll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP
Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

The conversion rate is complete crap. At the least you could do is "restock" your own digital currency to a program based around your gaming console. Not screwing over the loyal customers who've prioritized their gaming purchases on your digital marketplace
to maximize their potential rewards.

If I had known this was going to be the case down the road, I'd purchase about more than half of my items physically or at the very least at another retailer with a rewards program.
