VIP Vault redemption not working

I tried redeeming the 12 month Xbox Live subscription under the 2000 gem tier. Had me enter some info and submit to redeem but an error occurred and a message popped up suggesting I post in the support forum. Would like to get this resolved since the rewards
program is changing over to Microsoft rewards.

I have been trying to use my VIP Gems to get reward credits for

the past 2 weeks. I am unable to because it is OUT OF STOCK. I noticed other FAQ that had

a answer to keep checking back because the reward credits stock is refilled often and to be quick

because it could go out of stock quickly.

I have been checking every morning but still no luck....

Help?
