    So I see that we are losing our "VIP Gems" by having them turn over at a 1:1 rate after the deadline in June.

    First of all, as of 04/02/2018, there is very little in the vault at all. I have 1417 gems, which means I wanted to at least try and convert 1250 of those into rewards credits of the $5 and $10 variety (two $10 and one $5), however, none of them are in stock.
    This usually resets at the start of the month (it has the prior two months this was available), and I am hoping to get a chance at converting them to rewards credits because...

    ... the 1:1 ratio conversion if I do not do that is kind of a joke. I have had some of these gems sitting in there for over a year because stuff was either out of stock, or way too expensive to consider even having a shot at. But now we are getting pushed
    out because of the merging of the rewards programs (Bing and Xbox) which is already causing more headaches than necessary.

    Please restock the vault one more time for rewards credits so that these gems I have had laying about have some purpose. Because getting a 1:1 conversion is pretty unfair when you see what you could get with rewards credits instead.

    For me personally, it is the difference between $25 and $1.42. Ask me if I think that is fair, because it is not.

  2. Used 1,000 VIP Gems to redeem 20,000 credits, but only 10k shows up in my statement. Please Help

    Hello, I need help please.

    The vault has a 10,000 credit reward for 500 Gems. So, I purchased two of them with my 1,000 VIP Gems. My statement should have 2 lines confirming redemption of 10,000 minus 500 gems. (for a total of 20,000 credits)

    Instead, it shows 10,000 minus 1,000 gems. That's WRONG! It should be 20,000 Credits.

    Please fix, see image attached.

    Hello, There is a notification that pops up when signing into Xbox live rewards that I have to redeem my VIP gems before such and such date. The only problem is that the rewards I want for example reward credits/gift cards are out of stock. My question is
    for the my VIP vault, when do the out of stock rewards come back into stock? Thanks.

    Seriously, as of 4/3/2018 nothing is restocked in the "VIP Vault". You guys are literally stealing our built up gems using a 1:1 exchange and we still have until June for redemption, but there is nothing to actually get other than F2P garbage and t-shirts...

    This is ridiculous - these should already be reloaded for the month because THEY ARE VIRUTAL CURRENCY FROM MICROSOFT. I have been a rewards member since it started (12/01/2010) and I feel that long timers like myself deserve better than this. I am sorry,
    but a 1:1 ratio for gems that I had to earn doing things like buying GOLD and pre-ordering and doing surveys every month is COMPLETELY UNFAIR TO THE END USER.

    I have not received my rewards cards

    If it was Microsoft Rewards points you redeemed for Xbox gift cards, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is separate.

    If it was VIP gems you redeemed, Rewards support will check on them here for you. If they were gift cards they would have been emailed to you. If they were for rewards credits, the credits would show as pending in on the Xbox Rewards site, but the credits
    would not be deposited into your account for use until the 29th.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'd want to contact their customer support via their redemption page for assistance. They usually don't have any offers to award points for purchases of gold.

    For help with the Xbox Rewards program, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at
    least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.
