VIP Vault Not Working

So trying to claim 12 months Xbox live now the vaults been restocked (with a couple of digital items at least) but it doesn’t let you trade anything in - just says error and to post on here!?

Looks like loads of people with the same issue. Is there a fix on the way?

unfortunately it doesn't seem to be fixed yet I've been showering Redditch and other places with no luck.

 

same!! I’ll be pretty upset if I can’t get the 12 month if it sells out

 

anyone else think these gems are going to be worth £10.00 when they switch rather than the £48.00 for xbox live. I will not be happy if I lose out.

Ha spot on...it is not available now..even though most of us tried for 2 days at least..this is such BS

 

And now everything is out of stock again - this is beyond a joke!
