VIP Vault Items

I’ve read through the FAQ and I am fine with the combining of XBox and Microsoft rewards programs. However I do have one issue. It looks like now that you are abandoning the gems and vault you will not be adding more items to spend the gems on. I was saving
for something at a higher tier but at this point with my approximate 1000 gems I would just want to spend them on rewards credits at the 500 gem tier. Are you planning on adding more quantities of those items in the vault? If you are not then it is very unfair
to give a 1 gem for 1 Microsoft point exchange for unused gems. If that is the case it really makes me not want to spend a dime in the Microsoft store.

Please let me know if you will be adding more quantities of 10,000 reward points at the 500 gem level in the vault. I’ve been a very loyal XBox live customer for a decade now, even longer for XBox in general, and part of the rewards program at its inception.
It would be a huge disservice to only have the crappy vault items available before the gems are worth 1/20th the value once converted to Microsoft reward points.

Because every question like this is answered the same way; copied and pasted from a template. And then the topic will be locked so that you can't continue the discussion.

Won't it be great that the 500 gems that are worth $10 now (IF you could redeem them) will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points 1:1, and those 500 points are worth about 37 cents? It's true. A $1.25 Microsoft gift card can be had for
1700 Microsoft Rewards points.

Don't that just thrill ya to your bones?

And here's "support" giving us copy/pasted replies and squashing further discussion on the subject.

I personally think putting the 2 together is completely moronic. As someone who has both rewards programs I now feel like half of their appreciation is being taken away along with half of what they give back. The vip vault has nothing in stock to purchase!
If you guys are going to screw us out half our rewards programs you should atleast let us spend what we have before you do. I don't get how the Xbox live rewards points are out of stock. They are not physical. You guys just made them up. Make some more invisible
points up. Here I'll give you guys 100,000 **** points for the trouble, they are free and there is more where they came from! Add more rewards before you end this thing and you can have them all!!!!
