VIP Vault is OUT OF STOCK???????

Ho is it possible that Microsoft can run out of stock of the Microsoft Rewards points? Because it's not like a physical item. Like A T-SHIRT. The Reward points is just something that Microsoft can give to anyone at anytime. I call BS. It's not possible for
Microsoft to run out of stock of Reward points . So how much longer is it going to be before the VIP vault will be "Restocked". I'm just saying that the prize you can get 5000 Microsoft reward points or the 10000 Microsoft points could be added back
now. So please stop being so cheap and take care of your customers. Because without Your Customers Xbox will fail

Will VIP gems be monetized if they are not redeemed by the time the program closes?

Most of what is good in the VIP Vault, soon to be closed, is "out of stock" - will the value of the VIP gems be monetized when the programs closes?

We hear your feedback about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which will be happening in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking with many of the items members have

Also I have not been getting my Xbox Live Reward points for the money I spend in the Microsoft store. And I'm supposed to get 3% Back on all the money I spend on games. But that's not what happens. I always have to beg for the Reward points and then I only
get 1% back. And I'm not some kid. I'm a 42 year old that likes playing Xbox one games. And have spent Thousands of dollars on games from the Microsoft store. Just check my account. I have been trying to get someone to fix Both Of these problems for a month
or so. Please fix the Vip Vault With The Microsoft Rewards points card. And getting Rewards points for my purchases from the Microsoft store. Thank you and have a blessed day

 

Don't worry you are going to get a very generic comment from support and they will lock the thread. Pretty simple, they know they are screwing us over with this conversion and just don't care.

Hello hello hello is there anybody out there, can somebody please fix this issue and don't give me some automated answer. I don't want to hear the same answer 15 times for the same problem just fix the problem and quit screwing your customers. You would
think without your customers there would not be any Microsoft Xbox Live

 

Exactly exactly I've gotten the same answer for this problem 10 to 15 times. It's clear they don't care about their customers

 

Come-on Microsoft quit screwing your customers quit being so cheap fix the problem please before you start losing customers

your payback for your purchase in February. If you are referring to April payback, from our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

Also, please note that consumables like your Far Cry 5 currency purchases are not eligible for MyVIP, and will not award payback.
