VIP Vault cannot claim prize

Discus and support VIP Vault cannot claim prize in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi just used my vip gems to get a World of tanks leg up bundle entered the code only to told I already have this installed (which i have done before)...     VIP Vault cannot claim prize


    Hi just used my vip gems to get a World of tanks leg up bundle entered the code only to told I already have this installed (which i have done before) no where on your vault page does it state that this can only be used once within the game I would not have
    used these up on this had i known that they did not stack any help with this would be appreciated
