    VIP STATUS LOCKED AND REQUESTING GOLD SUBSCRIPTION!!!


    As stated above my VIP status is incorrect, it is telling me to unlock my status but it should already be unlocked at the master level, it is also telling me to purchase a gold subscription but i am already on a full gold subscription which has not lapsed
    in over 5 years can someone please sort this out for me as ive made a few purchases and it wont let me deposit my rewards points because of this. The reason i have posted here is due to the fact it will not let post in the rewards forums so if a mod could
    please put this post in the correct forum that would great thanks.

    once they move the post to rewards section they can do a reset and it comes back with in a day

    I just got a reply about mine not unlocking supposedly if you have codes that came with games or a system like promo codes they don't recognize that as gold mine finally kicked in when my paid sub went into effect
