VIP status and reward points

Hello, I have been a xbox live rewards member for quite some time. Recently I was checking the xbox live rewards site and noticed that my vip status has been at the same spot in the 2 tier for a long time. I have made quite a few purchases digitally through
xbox live in the past year and I cant seem to tell if I'm get any of the reward/ % back or if my vip status is going up. When I look at the pending credits I only see points from surveys and one deposit from my vip star rank 2? am I missing points or have
I just not qualified for any other points? Thank you for your time.

Reward still not deposited

Hi,

I purchased 'The Division: Gold Edition' in Oct.04.2016, but still didn't receive reward credit and VIP points. Could you check status of the reward?

hi im wondering how i earn vip status and secondly the gems ect.....unsure if im even vip or if im due rewards .

MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
2016. It sounds like you may be unaware of this, which may be the cause of your confusion. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Looking at your Credits, we see multiple Credit and deposited events for your MyVIP 2 star payback. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits
to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. It may also be likely you are unaware that MyVIP is awarded
as a monthly whole, so November payback was only placed as pending yesterday. From the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!
