    VIP star offer.


    I received the offer of a VIP star if I were to spend £30. I purchased the Rainbow Six: Siege year 2 season pass and my progress is yet to update. It has been over 96 hours and I made sure this content was a part of the offer. Any help would be appreciated.

    i had an offer to climb 1 star in vip star rank.i made qualifying purchases and i have still not gone up 1 star. what happened?

    Hello MenTaL9R,

    You are looking at your VIP progress. The email you received was for an additional VIP star offer, and if you go to your MyRewards page, you will see a separate tracker for that offer. As it says on the FAQ and on that tracker, you will not receive your
    additional star until March.

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    The forum you posted in is the Reward Program Discussion forum. It is not monitored by the staff. If you have not already, you need to re-post your topic but change the Forum Type to "Support" then they will be able to assist you.

    Once you do that, keep in mind it takes 1-2 business days for the staff to reply and they only work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. They do not work weekends.
