    hi just a quick one didn't know who to contact, beginning of February I received and email from xbl rewards stating that if I spend £60 between the 1st and 28th of February.that you would upgrade my star,I spent nearly £80 in between these dates.

    Just logged in and my star hasn't changed still on two stars.I really like the rewards system but just feeling abit deflated at the moment.

    Please help.

    I lost a my vip star why?

    I had a vip star and I was like 12 15 bucks away from getting my second my vip star. But now it says I have 0 my vip stars?

    Hello friday i had 1 vip star And 60 procent for second vip star but since today iTS 51 procent And 1 star whats happenings And why i Am loosing 9 procent ?

    In-game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and therefore your consumable purchases for Fallout Shelter were unfortunately not eligible for this offer. This is mentioned in both our MyVIP FAQ:

    As of September 2014, VIP status is no longer based on gamerscore (btw, legend status only have 3% back). VIP status is now based on star levels. You need at least 1 star level in order to receive a VIP rebate.

    In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.
